i have forgot the password then i have created anew user to wanted to delete the existing account whose password is forgotten

You don't have the option to remove the primary admin user from the User Interface of Vembu web console. You will get an email from our support team with the steps to remove the admin user.

i have multiple users with admin privileges so i wanted to remove them and keep the default Admin and one more account.
