Active job window - Network is...

Hello,

When I am connected to my VembuBDR server and I have an active job in the dashboard there is an option to click the green triangle to show the status of the upload. When I click on the green triangle a new windows opens but it only says "Network is unreachable". Is there something I need to modify to make it so my dashboard is able to show the status of a client upload progress?

Provide us with the following information to analyze issue this further.

The version of Vembu BDR Server and Vembu clients
The operating system details of Vembu BDR Server and Vembu clients
Backup job type & target host details(i.e VMware backup, Hyper-V backup, Windows image backup, File backup or Application backup)

You can check the Vembu BDR Server or Client details by entering localhost:< port > /readme.html or < IP address >:< port >/readme.html in your web browser.

For Example: Localhost:6060 for Vembu BDR Server & Localhost:4040 for Vembu NetworkBackup client

We haven't faced any issue like this in our test environment. To analyze this issue, send the screenshot of the error message along with the log foldersof VembuBDR server and NetworkBackup client as a ZIP to vembu-support@vembu.com.

1) You can find the log folder of Vembu BDR Server at < installation Location >\vembu\vembuBDR\log

For Example: C:\program files\vembu\vembuBDR\log

2) you can find the log folder of Vembu NetworkBackup client at < installation Location >\Vembu\VembuNetworkBackup\log of the client machine.

For Example: C:\program files\Vembu\VembuNetworkBackup\log
