I have vsphere 6 environment and I wanted to backup VM deployed in virtual SAN storage. Does Vembu support it?

Yes, VembuBDR supports backing up a VM running on vsphere 6 Virtual SAN data-store from VembuBDR version 2.1.0. You can create backup job of VM running on VirtualSAN data-store with high data transfer rate. Please refer the document given below for detailed information on VMware SAN mode backup.
