connection refused by the serv...

Hi,

We are using vembu BDR for windows workstation and vembu-Network Backup for files backup on Mac. Actually we are not able to connect to the server using vembu-network Backup, and the error message is connection refused. Might someone know what can be the problem ?

The NetworkBackup agent initiates the connectivity and send the backup data through 32004 port to the BDR backup server and if it is blocked by the firewall of the client or the BDR backup server machine, you will get this issue. Refer to this KB article to resolve the issue.
