In order to assist with this, share the following details of your environment to our support at vembu-support@vembu.com.
Details of the Hyper-V host and the VMs
Details of the storage location of the VM disk (Local disk or SMB)
Log folder of the Vembu Integration Service installed on the Hyper-V host as a Zip file. You can find the log folder at < installation Location >\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\log
For Example: C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\log
The output of the Manual Snapshot in a text file.
