Good afternoon,
When performing the backup routine you are experiencing this error. This happens when I started using the free license, in the enterpresie I did not have this problem in the test period.

This is not an issue specific to the free edition.
In order to assist with this, share the following details of your environment to our support at vembu-support@vembu.com.
Details of the Hyper-V host and the VMs
Details of the storage location of the VM disk (Local disk or SMB)
Log folder of the Vembu Integration Service installed on the Hyper-V host as a Zip file. You can find the log folder at < installation Location >\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\log
For Example: C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\log
The output of the Manual Snapshot in a text file.
