How can this be accomplished. There are a number of vulnerabilities attached to the versions of each respectively that need to be addressed. Can the versions of each be updated within Vembu?

Yes, the mentioned web server packages will be updated to their latest stable version in Vembu BDR Suite v4.1 which is expected to be released in early 2019.
