Why am I getting error message - Not Enough License Units

We are running the Free Edition.

We have 2 Windows servers, each running 1 Hyper-V VM that we have been using Vembu Free Edition to backup. Last night, I get a failed message due to Not Enough License Units. It may be due to us deleting our previous backups schedules and recreating new ones. I can't seem to do anything about resetting it on my end.

Why am I just now seeing this error?
