Hello team,

I am trying out Vembu for the first time. I installed the server on my Hyper-V Host directly and decided against that action after it was set up so I have created a separate machine to host the Vembu application. Unfortunately, when I go to add the previously added Hyper-V Server it says that the Integration Service is already running. I've read things that say just uninstall the inegration service, but it is not listed in my Add/Remove programs. I am running Server 2016. Any ideas on how to manually remove it so I can add it again from the other server?

If the Vembu Integration Service is not listed in the 'Add/Remove Program', you can check whether the VIS is listed in Windows registry and the service.msc. If it is listed, you can remove it manually by following the steps given below,

To remove the service, open command prompt with administrator privilege and run 'SC DELETE VembuIntegrationService'
Open the registry and check for the registry value for 'HKLM\SOFTWARE\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService' and delete it manually.

Then add the Hyper-V host from the new BDR backup server.
