Software Broken after upgrade

I have upgraded to latest BDR and now when I click Run Now, it says Initiated, however nothing happens. Seem to be having quite a few issue lately as below:

backup failing
backup completing however report says failed
Vembu service keeps on crashing
it locked up and froze our Host server today to the extent that we had to hard reboot
also had to disable the services even after restart as they were clogging up the server, once disabled it was ok
above is the reason to upgrade to see if there was any bug fixes however this isn't working at all now.

I suspect upgrade may be completed partially. It would better if you contact our support team at "vembu-support@vembu.com" and they will help you fix this issue as soon as possible.

After getting the TeamViewer access from your end, Our support engineers performed CheckDisk for the configured Storage drive (M Drive) and it was giving an error "Errors found. CHKDSK cannot continue in read-only mode".

Since you already formatted the corrupted disk and reconfigured the backup jobs, We made some changes in the database by deleting the invalid entries and also updated the priorities of the attached drives for backup storage. We triggered the backup jobs after making the necessary changes and the backups are now running fine.
