Normally if you are adding remote Hyper-V host from VembuBDR, following things should be enabled in the remote Hyper-V host.

1. Hyper-V host should be enabled to recieve remote powershell commands.[Winrm Service should be running and PsRemoting should be enabled]
2. Remote Registry Service should be enabled in the services of Hyper-V Host.

But if the Hyper-V Host is the local machine usually this issue won't occur.If you still face issue kindly zip the log folder which is available in the below location of the VembuBDR and send an email to vembu-support@vembu.com

Location: "[Installation_Location]\log\"

Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\log"
