Thank you for reaching out to our Vembu Community Forum.

Regarding the issue in listing the Hyper-V VMs in your Vembu BDR Server, please provide us the following information:

  1. OS details of the Backup server and the Hyper-V Host machine.
  2. Is the "Vembu Integration service" application running in the Hyper-V host machine that you have added.
  3. If the "Vembu Integration Service" is running, kindly zip the log folder which is available in the below location of the Hyper-V host machine and send an email to vembu-support@vembu.com

Location: "<vembuintegrationservice installation="" location="">\Log\"

Example: "C:\program files\Vembu\VembuIntegrationservice\log"
