Thank you for reaching out Vembu Community Forum.

Normally, the reported issue is caused in case the Installation of Vembu Integration service is completed partially. Hence we recommend you to Navigate to Programs and Features in Control panel and Perform uninstallation of Vembu Integration Service.

Once you perform the uninstallation we request you to delete the client entry from the Vembu BDR web console and reperform the Installation of Vembu Integration service. Make sure to provide the Local Administrator login credentials while initializing the installation of Vembu Integration service.

In case the issue still persists we request you to navigate to VembuBDRInstallation location and in the VembuIntegrationservice installation location on the client side and send the compressed file of the Logs folder in both the location to our support at vembu-support@vembu.com.
