Normally the reported error will appear when if VembuBDR application is shutdown and Windows does not clean up the TCP network connections. To confirm the case kindly Run the command

netstat -a from a command window (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt)

and check if the TCP ports 32004 or 32005 are in listening mode. If the ports are in listening mode, then the system has to be restarted in order to remove the uncleaned TCP network connections.

After restarting the machine if the same issue reoccurs, then kindly contact support via call or email with the access details of the problematic VembuBDR instance installed machine. You can get the support contact details from our website
