Hi,

The Vembu NetworkBackup client startup failure may be it doesn't have enough permissions. In order to resolve please try any one of below steps.

Step 1:

Give administrative privilege to Vembu Installation folder [Read and Write Permission ]

Step 2:

Try giving administrative privilege to the account in which the Vembu NetworkBackup is running or log on as a administrator account for NetworkBackup in services.
