Hi Gowerg,

While checking, we noticed that the BDR server "test-vembu-bdr" under the account "gowerg@appling-hospital.org" is in active state and your portal account is under Yearly plan. Backup deactivation in the client not happened due to the upgrade process, it is because of license overconsumption. From Vembu portal server summary, We noticed that you have purchased 2 Image Backup - VMware license. And currently you are using 4 Image Backup - VMware and 5 Disk image backup license.

Hence there is overconsumption of 2 "Image Backup - VMware" and 5 "Image Backup - Server" license and in turn the respective backups are deactivated. We request you to purchase from the Customer portal or give us confirmation to charge your credit card for these extra usage.

We have verified your account details from our Portal server and we noticed that the BDR server "test-vembu-bdr" under clients are consuming more license then the account "gowerg@appling-hospital.org" is in active state and purchased.
