Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion regarding call center integration within Vembu CRM Suite. This would make our CRM Suite more mature and take it to a whole new level. But unfortunately as of now, we do not have it in our current roadmap. However we will take your request and add it to our todo list. Based on the demand from our other customers, we will try to implement it in Vembu CRM Suite.

Regarding the live chat feature, we already have it in our roadmap and will be available after the Vembu CRM Suite GA release.

Once, again thank you for your valuable feedback. Keep using Vembu CRM Suite. More new features and improvements are on the way !
