Thanks for your interest in Vembu BDR!

USB disk rotation is already in our roadmap and it will be available in our future release.

Meanwhile, you may configure additional full backup and move the older full backup to another USB disk to achieve your requirement.

NOTE: This workaround will work only when you have only one disk added for storage repository. If you have multiple disks added in the storage repository, do not try this.

Follow below steps to achieve this,

1.While configuring backup job, on the 3rd page, click 'Additional Full Backup' option.

2.Enable the configuration and set the scheduling as per the disk rotate policy.

3.After completing the second full backup, goto storage location and you can see two full backup time stamps. You can move the first full backup time stamp to another USB disk and it can be used later for disaster recovery.
