We apologies for the inconvenience caused.

This is known behavior in current version of Vembu OnlineBackup. Meanwhile, please be informed that already configured 'Filter Settings' will work for the existing backup jobs without any issue. However, the same option will not be available for the newer backup jobs. We are currently working on this and the same will be available in our next immediate release.

If you would like to exclude any particular folder while configuring the new backup job, You can manually expand the folder after selecting the root drive and uncheck the unwanted folders and files to exclude them from the backup job.

Also, if you have configured a backup job already with the latest client agent and want to apply the filtering for that backup job, we will provide you the SQL queries to manually insert the filter settings.
