Hi Neves,

Support of both failover and failback for VMware VM replication is one of high priority items in our upcoming major release v3.5. Currently the particular feature is under initial stage of testing and the results are good. We are planning to roll out it for Production environments at mid of Dec 2015 and meanwhile we will release beta version for this at end of Nov 2015.
