This error will occur, when the Intel/AMD VT is not enabled in BIOS. To enable VT, refer following URL, https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/RedHatEnterpriseLinux/6/html/VirtualizationAdministrationGuide/sect-Virtualization-Troubleshooting-EnablingIntelVTandAMDVvirtualizationhardwareextensionsin_BIOS.html

Also make sure, that you have installed Vembu BDR backup server on a physical machine. As of now, we are not supporting instant boot on native Hyper-V/KVM for Vembu BDR virtual appliances.
