(i) Normally, the BDR ID would not be necessary if the rebuild was successful with the correct pointing of the database dump and backup data. Also, the backup jobs would not fail because of the license, as the licenses will be automatically allocated to the rebuilt server.

(ii) Once the BDRSuite Backup Server is rebuilt by importing the backup data, all backups will continue only with incrementals of the existing backup job, without creating a new backup chain.
