To assist you further in this case, we require the following details:

1) The BDR Backup Server logs. You can find the log folder at the "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuBDR\log" location.

2) The Crashdumps folder. You can find the CrashDumps folder at the "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuBDR\CrashDumps" location.

3) The SGOutput.txt file. You can fetch this text file by following the steps below.

• Step 1: Please stop VembuBDR if it is already running.
• Step 2: Open a command prompt with the "run as administrator" privilege.

• Step 3: Go to the <vembu_home> folder and start Vembubdr by executing the following command:

  "./bin/Vembubdr> sgoutput.txt" (for a Linux machine) (or) "bin\Vembubdr.exe > sgoutput.txt" (for a Windows machine).

• Step 4: Now login to your VembuBDR console and the file will be available in the "VembuInstallationDir>\Vembu\vembubdr" folder.
