Currently, we don't have an option to remove the additional user accounts created on the Vembu BDR Backup Server without providing its password even if you logged into the BDR Backup Server console as an admin.

However, if you contact our support team by dropping a mail to vembu-support@vembu.com, our support engineers will help you in resetting the login password of the specific users. Then you can delete those users by providing the new password.
