The Error 102032: Missed Backup Schedule is normal if any of your backup schedules were missed. It is a notification to the user that the backup job didn't run at the scheduled time. Do not consider missed backup schedule notification as a major issue unless the backup job schedules are continuously getting missed for a long period.

From what you have said, it seems the backups are running without any issues after you modify the backup schedule time. Generally, if you are getting more Missed Backup Schedule, please make sure;

1)The number of backup jobs you have scheduled to run at the same time does not exceed the backup thread count. If so, edit the backup job and change its schedule.

2)The 'Next schedule time' of the missed backup jobs are updated properly. If it is not updated or displays an older time, then we recommend you to 'edit' and save the backup job to update it.

3) The time zone of the Vembu BDR Backup Server matches the time zone of the machine where the Vembu BDR Backup server is installed. If not, go to Settings > Time Zone and properly update it.
