After switching your Vembu BDR Backup Server to Free edition, perform license check by navigating to Management > License and click on Run License Check. Try running the office 365 backup jobs after performing the license check.

If you face the same issue again, kindly send the ‘Log’ folder of Office 365 as a ZIP file to vembu-support@vembu.com for further analysis. One of our support engineers will analyze the log files and get back to you.

You can find the ‘Log‘ folder of Office 365 at < Installation Location >\Vembu\VembuOffice365Agent\log

For example: C:\Program files\Vembu\VembuOffice365Agent\log
