tried all steps without success. I also have an open ticket with your support and attached the logfiles there. As soon as I know more I will report back here so the community can contribute. Two failure symphons I also noticed so far:

After license check there always stays the message "Your trial has expired. Purchase the license or switch to Free Edition to continue using Vembu BDR Suite." Second - After I delete my only backup job and try to create a new one, I have to restart the system or the VembuBDR service to get the selection for fully or limited backup job. Otherwise the backup creation wizard starts right away.

Perhaps this symphons helps other members with the same problems to identify the issue too.
