Kindly perform the following steps to see if the issue is resolved:

  • Logout the existing BDR Backup Server web console session and login again.
  • Navigate to 'Management' -> 'License' page and click 'Run License Check' to sync BDR Backup Server's backup job details with Vembu Portal.
  • Now, schedule the backup again.

If the issue still persists, contact our support team at vembu-support@vembu.com and send us the log folder of the VembuBDR as a zip.

You can find the log folder Vembu BDR Backup Server-Ubuntu at /home/vembubdr/Vembu/VembuBDR/log
