To analyze this case further we need some details, kindly send the following details in an e-mail to vembu-support@vembu.com, keeping "regarding the forum query" as the mail's subject line.

1) Is the Vembu Network Backup client installed as a Service or Application?

2) If the Network Backup Client is installed as Service then, is the service running under a Local System Account or User Account?. Make sure that the user under which VembuNetworkBackup Service running has administrative privileges.

3) Does this issue occur only for the "C" drive or for other drives too?
