This error occurs due to any of the following reasons:

1. If there is no enough free space in the backup repository.
2. If a storage disconnect or write failure has happened due to storage network drop

From your post, it is clear that you have enough space on the backup repository. This error might be due to the second reason, so consider fixing your network and check whether the issue is resolved.
