We have identified the root cause of this issue after analyzing the log files of your Vembu BDR Backup server sent to our support.

When listing the VMs for the backup, there was a time out in getting the VM information for 2 of your VMs, and that is the reason why the backups were getting failed for that particular VMs with the error No valid license available.

To resolve this, our support engineers have increased the time out value in getting the VM information and sent a fix EXE file to your registered email address.

Follow the instructions given in the mail and replace the fix EXE file in the installation location of Vembu BDR Backup Server.

The Error message "No valid license available" is inappropriate for this case, and it will be fixed in the next patch release.
