From the above screenshot, it is clear that you have configured a file-level back-up using the Vembu Network Backup client and trying to restore it from the Vembu backup server.

Since you are not able to restore from the backup server, try restoring the files from the Vembu Network Backup client web console.

If the files are listed in the client console and not listed in BDR Server, then it might be an intermediate issue. You can refresh the backup server web console and try again or try restoring it from a different web browser.

If the files are not listed in the client console, then contact our support team by emailing the following details to vembu-support@vembu.com:

1) The Vembu BDR Server log- You can find the log folder at "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuBDR\" location. For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\"

2) The Network Backup Client log- You can find the client's log folder at "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuNetworkbackup\" location. For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuNetworkBackup\"
