  1. The status of VIS Service before running backup in Windows Server.
  2. The result of the following command in the backup Server- telnet 'IPAddressOfWindowsHost' 42005
  3. The zip of the log folder from the backup server machine. You can find the log folder at < installation location >\vembu\vembuBDR\log. For example: C:\program files\vembu\vembuBDR\log
