Our application stores the metadata information of virtual disks with .info file extension in < Installation_Directory >\plugin-data location by default for data processing. This file is small in size and the same will be transferred to the storage repository as backup completed.

This location can not be changed to any other location. To provide a solution for the backup failure, send us the screenshot of the exact error message.
