From the log, we suspect there is an error in executing the PowerShell queries to initiate the backup job. Refer to the KB article(104056): Error While Executing Powershell Queries to enable the PSRemoting and start the Windows Remote Management Service(WinRM) in the target host, and then try running the backup job.

Also, make sure you have installed the Hyper-V module for Windows PowerShell in the target host.

Steps to install the Hyper-V module for Windows PowerShell in the target host.

1. Go to the target host and open Programs and Features, then click Turn Windows features on or off.
2. In the Windows Features dialog, select the checkbox "Hyper-V Module for Windows PowerShell" and install it.
