Run the following command in the installation location of the Vembu NetworkBackup clients to update the new IP address of Backup Server. You can update IP address for all the backup jobs or for specific backup jobs based on your requirements.
1) To change the IP address of the backup server for all the backup jobs.
bin\VembuNetworkBackup.exe MigrateServerName <Old_Server_Name> <New_Server_Name> All
Example: < VNBinstallationlocation >bin\VembuNetworkBackup.exe MigrateServerName 192.168.100.101 192.168.200.202 All
2)To change the IP address of the backup server for specific backup jobs.
bin\VembuNetworkBackup.exe MigrateServerName <Old_Server_Name> <New_Server_Name> <backupjob_name_1> <backupjob_name_2>
