Check the data storage location of the VM and make sure there are no *.avhd files. If there are any *.avhd files, you can merge them to the *.vhd file. Then run the incremental backup.

If this is not the case, you can send the log files to our support team at vembu-support@vembu.com. Our support team will check the log file and help you to resolve this issue.

1.Send the zip of log folder from the VembuBDR backup server installation location,

Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\log"

2.Also, send the zip of log folder from the Hyper-V Host,

Location: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\log".
