VM(s)/Disk(s) Exclusion is available only for the full-featured free edition. You have mentioned that you are having 3 free edition servers registered to your portal account, in this case only for one of the registered servers you can avail the full-featured free edition and this is restricted to one backup job with a maximum of 3 VMs in it. For other free edition servers, it will be only of a limited-featured free edition.
