We suspect there is a problem in loading the VembuCBT driver in your Hyper-V host.

Follow the below steps to check whether VembuCBT driver is properly loaded on your Hyper-V host.

  1. Go to your Hyper-V Host and open Command Prompt with administrative privileges.
  2. Type “fltmc” and enter
  3. Check if VembuCBT is listed, then VembuCBT driver is properly loaded in your Hyper-V host

If VembuCBT is not listed, then you need to reinstall the VembuCBT driver, follow the below steps to install the VembuCBT driver on your Hyper-V host

  1. Open Command Prompt with administrative privileges and navigate to the < Installation location >\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\Drivers\HyperV

    For example: C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\Drivers\HyperV

  2. Type “HyperVDriverUtil.exe -install” and enter.

  3. After installation, Type “fltmc” and enter to check the VembuCBT driver is properly loaded.

You can find the log folder at < installation Location >\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\log
