Nagarajan:  Data Backup industry is huge and we agree that there are many players who offer quality products. However we offer solutions for a complete DataCenter i.e virtualized environments like VMware vSphere , Microsoft Hyper-V & for Windows IT environments, Mac, Linux, KVM etc. Hence we offer comprehensive solutions at affordable price and this is the reason, a customer can chose us.

Nagarajan:  One of the common use cases is high availability of business critical servers and it is achieved through Quick VM recovery, Full VM recovery for virtualized environments and Bare-metal recovery for physical servers in our product, Vembu VMBackup. Also, a centralized portal through which virtualized datacenter backups are managed and monitored where an User can perform VMware, Hyper-V and Physical server backup through a common portal.

Nagarajan:  Backup is not about backing up machines but about DataCenter availability. Hence we are working towards no downtime and making sure that business is not disrupted for any reason altogether. IT is moving towards Hybrid cloud model and hence Backing up instances or VMs from Amazon, Azure, Google Cloud to Datacenter or Vice versa is also the futuristic measure we are working on.

Nagarajan:  Vembu, as a company does not believes in noise marketing. We do rely on word-of-mouth marketing and it has been beneficial for us. We do reach out to customers through forums, social media, events etc. In fact, we will be there in VMworld 2016 and Microsoft Ignite, this year.

VMblog:  Can you talk about any new features or product updates you might have coming out in the near future?
