CHENNAI – Feb 23, 2016 : Vembu, a fastly evolving Backup & Disaster recovery company globally has ventured into Mexican markets by partnering with PC COM Mayorista. Speaking on the partnership, Vembu’s official spokesperson, Nagarajan commented ,“We are extremely happy with the distributorship signed with “PC COM Mayorista” to resell Vembu Products in Mexico. Vembu always believes in channel and we treat them as our extended sales team for that region. We will be very closely working with PC COM Mayorista by supporting their marketing and sales activities by having our channel and marketing teams involved in the process. Our immediate business goal is to establish the Vembu brand in Mexico in partnership with PC COM Mayorista.”

a) Tell us briefly about PC COM Mayorista?

We are a Mexican company with more than 13 years of experience in security solutions and IT infrastructure. We represent in Mexico, as a wholesaler, a different technology brands focused on security, backup and data integrity. We have an extensive network of distribution channels throughout the country, with whom we work in order to provide the end user the confidence to have a safe and sustainable infrastructure. As an added value to our distribution channels we offer: Specialized technical support; support and sales and technical support in the different project phases: pre-sales, sales and after sales; commercial and technical training on the full range of solutions that handle; stock for demo equipment discounts and special projects.

b) What kinds of products & services you offer? Can you brief about that?

We have always sought alliances with brands offering modern and high-tech solutions. So, we work with companies like Barracuda Networks, SMS Passcode, Eagle Eye and recently we partnered with Vembu Technologies to sell wholesale in Mexico. Our commercial offer is divided into different product lines, according to the solutions offered: security, backup, infrastructure, encrypted video surveillance, two-factor authentication and data center.

Barracuda Networks: SECURITY: network security, web filtering, email security, secure remote access, protection for web servers (web application firewall). STORAGE: Data and email backup. APPLICATION DELIVERY: load balancing and link balancing.

Sms Passcode: two-factor authentication.

Eagle Eye: encrypted video surveillance.

And now with Vembu, as new technology partner, we will address the market need in terms of support in the cloud with its different lines of solutions. In addition we provide the service Data Center, as an option for handling channels and managed services that require such infrastructure, or to end users through distributors wishing to purchase the service. By Barracuda Networks, we are the only Authorized Training Center in Mexico and offer training and certification on solutions of that firm.

c) What was the reason behind choosing Vembu as your strategic partner in Mexico?

Vembu was chosen as a partner because we are sure that it is a versatile backup solution, technologically innovative and commercially profitable, it can be very well accepted by the Mexican market and that can be sold in a modular fashion and at affordable costs seems to be a very interesting business scheme.

d) What do you tend to achieve by partnering with Vembu Technologies?

Leading with Vembu the market backup and data replication in Mexico, is now a necessity in most businesses, especially in companies of critical operations that can not be stopped. Also, by giving our end users a new and very convenient option.

e) Can you tell us briefly about your joint strategy along with Vembu in Mexican Markets?

In the first instance, we will spread the technological advantages of the suite of Backup and Data Replication of Vembu, through advertising in magazines and media aimed at distribution channels and end users, as well as our databases. All this to be giving presence in the market the brand. We also have scheduled presentations channels to expose commercial and technological advantages of the brand. In the first stage launch promotions and attractive costs to be gaining market.

f) What do you think are the challenges ahead for your business and how you would like to overcome them?

The main challenge we see to entrust VARs and end user solutions Vembu against competition, but we are confident that the competitive advantages of Vembu speak for themselves and for our part will bid demos, webinars and training for that can ascertain firsthand the benefits.

g) What would you like to say about Vembu’s AcePartner program?
