The support agent, manager or admin need not traverse among the large number of tickets which were received in order to find out the details of the customers. In Vembu HelpDesk, we list all the customers with the list of tickets that they came with and the number of days since that particular person or company has become a customer.

The list of customers can be viewed from the customer tab in Vembu HelpDesk. The companies are listed in the order of the tickets arrived i.e. the company’s whose tickets has arrived recently will be listed first.

We can also get to know the number of tickets that have been arised from that particular company. A filter option is available which would list the companies and the tickets arrived from them during the selected duration.

By clicking on the listed company, we can get a view of all tickets which have been raised from the particular organization along with the priority, status , CSAT and the PEER SAT review for the tickets , the details of the organization and also the details about the contacts of the organization if there is any.
