Allow/Deny Automatic Authorization - If a client is set to 'Allow Auto Authorization', then the client can backup to the backup server without having to authenticate with the backup server. If the client is set to 'Deny Auto Authorization', then the client has to be first added in the backup server and then the client should authenticate itself with the backup server before it can start backing up to the backup server.
Activate/Deactivate Client - This Activate/Deactivate action can help the Backup Server administrator to decide whether to accept/reject the individual client's backing up to the server.
If a client is Deactivated on the Backup Server, further backup schedules from the StoreGrid client is rejected by the backup server.
StoreGrid Backup Server Administrator can Activate the client again by clicking the same action.
Edit Configuration - Clicking on this icon will take you to the "Edit Client Configuration" page, where you can specify specific configuration options (backup location, disk space, client password etc.) for this client in the server.
Reset Password - Clicking on this icon will reset the password for this client in this server. Once the password is reset, the client, if it uses the old password, will not be allowed to backup. If auto-authorization is enabled, the client can in turn reset the password in the client and continue backing up to the server.
Delete Client - Clicking on this icon will take you to the Delete Client page from where you can delete the clients and all its backup data.
Deleted Report - Clicking on this icon will take you to the "Deleted Backup Report", which will list in a table format the list of backup schedules and data that has been deleted by the server administrator.
