View List Of Client Backup Schedules

How to get here in the StoreGrid Web Console?
  In the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Group Management" and click on the "Group Name" link in the left hand side tree. This will list the clients under this group. Now click on the client name to view the list of backups for that client.

This page lists the backup schedules from the client in a table format. The following information is showed for each backup schedule:

Backup Name - The name of the backup schedule as configured by the client. Clicking on the link here will open the Server Side Backup Schedule Report page which will give detailed Backup Reports, Restore Reports and Delete Reports for the backup schedule. And the icon in this column can be in different state. The following describes the different state the backup schedule can be in:

Backup Location - The directory in which the backup data from this backup schedule is stored. The details are available in the mouse over-pop-up dialog over the backup name link.

Status - The status of the backup indicates whether the backup is idle or backup in progress or restore in progress or replication in progress or delete in progress.

Last Backed up Time - The completed time of the last backup when the client backed up at least one file.

Last connected time - The time the client last connected to the backup server for running a backup process. This will include backups where client connected to the server but didn't upload anything to the server.

Files - Total number of files backed up as part of this backup schedule.

Used Space - The total amount of disk space used by the backup data from this backup schedule.

Original Size - The original size of this schedule's backup data in the client.

Actions - The icons under this column are links to various features to enable you to administer and manage the backup schedule of clients.

1. Restore Backup - Clicking on this icon will take you to the server side restore page where you can restore the backed up data.

2. Delete Backup - Clicking on this icon will take you to the delete backup page from where you can delete the backup data associated with the schedule.

3. Activate/Deactivate Backup - This Activate/Deactivate action can help the Backup Server administrator to decide whether to accept/reject the individual client's backup.

   If a backup is Deactivated for a client on the Backup Server, further backup schedules from the StoreGrid client for that backup is rejected by the backup server.

   StoreGrid Backup Server Administrator can Activate the client backup again by clicking the same action.

4. Replicate Now - This "Replicate Now" action will immediately schedule Replication for a particular backup if the replication for the backup is in idle status.

5. Resume/Suspend Replication - This "Resume/Suspend Replication" action is used to resume a suspended backup (for replication) or to suspend a backup (for replication) when it is either idle or in replication progress.
